An Intelligence for hard goals.

Porion is an intelligence system that works out the way to your goal, guides each decision along it, and stays with you, adjusting as things change, until you get there.

Know your real odds, your next move and the last safe day for each big decision, and hear early when something changes.

Tell us your goal

Now taking on a small number of first goals. Each one that fits gets an honest first read within 3 working days.

01 — The problem

The plan is the easy part.

The goals that matter most, whether they belong to a company, a team or a person, rarely go wrong because nobody made a plan. They go wrong because of everything that comes after it.

At the start, the way isn’t clear.

There are more options than anyone has time to weigh, some that nobody has thought of, and no honest answer to whether the date is even realistic.

Along the way, the world keeps moving.

A supplier slips, a price changes, a key person says no. Each change touches dates, costs and decisions elsewhere, but nobody traces it all the way through. Decisions get made on last month’s picture, or too late to matter.

At the end, nobody can say what worked.

No one wrote down what was expected, so there’s no telling good calls from lucky ones.

So the picture gets pieced together: a consultant’s deck, a project tracker, ten spreadsheets, an LLM conversation, and what a few people carry in their heads. None of them holds the whole goal, from the first question to the finish.

Porion does.

02 — How it works

You bring the goal. Porion works out the rest.

Think of a guide for a hard climb. You pick the summit and the day. They tell you honestly whether it’s doable, plan every stage and change course when the weather turns. They don’t climb for you, and they don’t leave halfway.

  1. Is it doable by then?

Tell Porion the goal, the deadline, the least you’d settle for and what you can’t afford to lose. It tells you honestly whether the date is realistic, and if it isn’t, what would have to give.

  2. What’s the best way there?

The different ways to get there, including ones nobody had considered. Then the chosen way, broken into steps with dates and owners.

  3. Something changed. What does it touch?

Anyone involved can forward an email or send a voice note. Porion traces what the change affects, updates the plan, and only interrupts you when waiting would cost you.

  4. Are we still on track?

Your odds of making the date, both as things are going and with a push, kept current.

03 — Examples

What it looks like.

Two goals, side by side: one for a family, one for a company.

Examples only. Not real people, companies or goals.

A family

Goal

Move from Pune to Toronto by August, with a job in hand and both children in school.

Moving parts

3 workstreams · 17 steps · 6 people and offices involved · 2 decisions that can’t be undone

Odds of making it

40–55% as things are going

65–75% if job applications start this month

Decision this week

Accept the retention bonus at your current job, or turn it down. Last safe day: 20 October. After that, it ties you in until June.

What depends on what

The work permit route you’re on needs a job offer. School places need a Toronto address. The lease there needs proof of income.

What changed

Your partner’s company has offered a transfer to its Toronto office. That opens a faster route to a permit. Both plans are ready to compare.

A company

Goal

Open our first overseas office in Dubai, licensed, staffed and serving clients, by 1 April.

Moving parts

4 workstreams · 23 steps · 9 people and partners involved · 3 decisions that can’t be undone

Odds of making it

45–60% as things are going

70–80% if the licence is filed this month

Decision this week

Sign the lease or walk away. Last safe day: 18 October. After that, the deposit and the fit-out timeline lock in.

What depends on what

The trade licence needs a signed lease. Two of the four hires need visas, which need the licence. The first client contract needs a local entity.

What changed

The landlord now wants twelve months’ rent upfront instead of six. In one scenario, cash at home dips below your floor in December. Two ways round it are ready.

Where do the odds come from? From the plan itself, the evidence so far, and how goals like this usually go. They’re ranges, because honest odds always are.

04 — Why it’s different

Why not a project tool, a consultant or a chatbot?

A project tool holds the tasks. A consultant holds the analysis, until the engagement ends. A chatbot holds the conversation, until you close it. None of them holds the goal itself. Porion does, in four ways.

The whole goal, connected.

Options, steps, people, money and decisions are linked. When a supplier slips, Porion sees the dates, the cash and the hires it touches before anyone acts on the old picture. A tracker would show one late task.

When, not just what.

Every big decision has a last safe day, after which changing course gets expensive. Porion knows each one, and weighs acting now against waiting to learn more.

Evidence, not hope.

News moves the odds by what it actually shows, bad news included. Porion names what your plan rests on, your own follow-through included, and if no way fits your limits, it says so.

Sharper, not dependent.

Porion asks for your call before it shows its own, and records both. Over time you see whose judgment held up, and which calls were good rather than lucky.

The decisions stay yours. Porion makes sure they’re made on time, on the whole picture, and on the evidence.

05 — Who it’s for

Who is it for?

Anyone with a goal that matters, takes weeks or months, and is hard to undo.
